A single route fix is usually ready within 5 working days after access and scope are agreed. Joining several tools can take longer; the written quote gives the timing for your setup.

Projects start at £250. I check the tools and agree a fixed scope, price and timing in writing before starting. Nothing is due up front and there is no deposit. Bigger work is split into phases that you approve one at a time. Each job or phase is invoiced in full when you approve it, and payment is due within 3 days. Software costs are separate.
