Work / A completed project and working examples

Real work.
Practical possibilities.

Read about the applicant system for a London recruitment startup, then try an enquiry tool and explore five proposed project directions.

Completed client work

An applicant system.
A clear handover.

For a London recruitment startup, I built a Webflow application form, routed submissions through Zapier to Airtable and created a profile record and a Pipeline entry linked to the role.

The form included an optional CV upload and optional diversity questions. The delivery included a written handover guide. No recruitment outcome or time saving is claimed.

Could you help with a small office refurbishment? I’d like to understand the next steps for a quote.

No live inbox or customer data is connected. This demonstrates a possible interface; the final workflow depends on your team and tools.

Discuss a tool like this
Enquiries / Proposal

An enquiry follow-up tracker.

The task today

Enquiries arrive while a small team is busy. A message can sit in an inbox without a clear owner or next step.

A possible build

Capture each enquiry in one reviewable list, assign an owner, record the next action and flag messages waiting for a reply.

New enquiryOwner & next stepFollow-up review

What to measure. Time to first reply and enquiries left waiting, measured over the same period before and after the change.

Quotes / Proposal

Quotes with a clear next step.

The task today

A quote is sent, then its status and follow-up can be lost across email, notes and a spreadsheet.

A possible build

Keep quote status and the next action together. Flag items waiting for a reply and prepare a follow-up draft for a person to review.

Quote recordedNext actionReviewed follow-up

What to measure. Time spent checking quote status and the time between a quote and its reviewed follow-up.

Appointments / Proposal

Appointment requests with a staff handoff.

The task today

A service business can miss a booking request when the team is handling customers or working away from the inbox.

A possible build

Collect the requested details, check availability where a calendar source exists, and place requests that need a decision in a staff queue.

Request receivedStaff reviewCustomer confirmation

What to measure. Time from request to staff response, and the number still waiting at the end of an agreed period.

Documents / Proposal

A clearer document collection process.

The task today

Teams spend time asking for missing forms and files, then checking which items are still outstanding.

A possible build

Show the requested items, what has arrived and what needs review. Prepare reminder drafts for a person to approve.

Items requestedReceived & checkedReminder review

What to measure. Time spent following up and the time from the first request to a complete, reviewed set.

Paperwork / Proposal

Less repeat entry for routine paperwork.

The task today

Someone copies invoice or order details between files and spends time checking for mismatches.

A possible build

Use an agreed input layout to capture fields, apply explicit checks and show exceptions for human review before the next step.

Agreed inputField checksException review

What to measure. Handling time, correction work and review time on a representative set of documents.
