A request arrives.
The exceptions stay visible.

Route a fictional request into a review queue. Missing details and duplicate records take a different path. Everything stays in this browser tab; no apps are connected and no messages are sent.

Check the details → choose a route → prevent duplicates → review the request.

If I can't fix it, you pay nothing.

Before we start

Useful boundaries.

What does this service leave out?
  • SMS costs, fake or incentivised reviews, and review gating that hides unhappy customers from Google.
What access will you need?
  • Client-controlled accounts and agreed access
  • Supported connections or export/import formats
  • Approved test data and agreed message wording where messages are included
What would ongoing support cover?

There are no monthly plans. Each project includes a fixed bug-fix period after handover. Later changes are quoted as a separate fixed-price job, from £250.

Is the demonstration a client project?

No. It uses fictional information to show the approach. It does not claim a client result, saved hours or production integrations.
