One simple connection is usually ready within 5 working days. A chain across several tools is usually 5 to 10 working days or more, depending on provider access and review needs.
Projects start at £250. I check the tools and agree a fixed scope, price and timing in writing before starting. Nothing is due up front and there is no deposit. Bigger work is split into phases that you approve one at a time. Each job or phase is invoiced in full when you approve it, and payment is due within 3 days. Software costs are separate.

Do I need to send you my account password?
No. Access is arranged by your own invite with only the permissions required. Never send passwords by email.
How do we confirm the scope?
We look at the current steps, access, likely exceptions and test approach. You receive a fixed quote before work starts, and can choose whether to proceed.
