A single workflow repair is usually completed within 5 working days. A move of up to 2,000 records into Airtable has its own published 10 working day scope.

Projects start at £250. I check the tools and agree a fixed scope, price and timing in writing before starting. Nothing is due up front and there is no deposit. Bigger work is split into phases that you approve one at a time. Each job or phase is invoiced in full when you approve it, and payment is due within 3 days. Software costs are separate.

We agree a safe access plan first. I use synthetic or approved samples where possible, and make changes only within the written scope.

How do we confirm the scope?

We look at the current steps, access, likely exceptions and test approach. You receive a fixed quote before work starts, and can choose whether to proceed.
